We will also offer tons of Open Play, where you can show up with your paddle and play with others of a similar skill level.  We’ll have tournaments, leagues, and tons of programming to help you develop your game.

If you’ve been wanting to try pickleball, we’ll have equipment onsite for you to try, and will offer free Intro to Pickleball classes a few times a month.  We’re excited to make it easier for people who are interested in getting into the sport!

And for those of you who play more often…

Construction is moving along well, and we expect to be able to open fully in May.  At that point we will offer all of the above membership types, payable on a month-to-month basis until we sell out. We also know many of you have been supporting this project from the beginning and we’re so grateful.  To honor your early commitment to us, we are offering a pre-sale of our memberships with a founding member discount.  If you commit to us for our first year and pay your year’s dues up front, we’ll give you two months free, the founding member title, and our unending gratitude.

We will offer a limited number of each membership in this pre-sale, so mark your calendars - the founding members sale will start at noon this Wednesday, April 2nd and run through Saturday, April 5th, or until we sell out. During this sale, the one year fee will be:

Unlimited $1400

Gold $700

Platinum $1300

Gold + Unlimited $2,100

Platinum + Unlimited $2,700

Additional benefits of founding membership include:

-In the likely event that we are able to open our pickleball courts earlier than our Food Hall, we’ll invite all of our founding members to come play early!

- We’ll invite you to tastings as we develop all of our menus and get your input on our bar and coffee shop menus.

- We’re even working to get you some founding member swag for you to show off.

Answers to our most frequently asked questions!

• We expect to be able to open in May, and even if you purchase one of our memberships in the pre-sale your membership term won’t start until we open

• We might be able to open the Pickleball portion of the facility prior to our grand opening, and if we do - our founding members will be the first to know and get access!

• Ball Machines, both using your own and ours- we’re still this working out

• Court Surface is Acrytech CushionX system (https://atsports.com/cushion-surfaces/)

• PlaySight Technology on 5 courts will be free to use (https://playsight.com/)

• We are not able to offer Silver Sneakers benefits 

• We will have tournaments, and other events throughout the year that may limit available courts for booking - and we will always do our best to maintain court availability

• All of our reservations, open play, and other programming will run on the hour

• We will not offer Family Memberships at this point

• After the first year, your membership will automatically get switched to a month-to-month billing cycle

• If your reservation falls within both off-peak & peak pricing, you will be charged accordingly. Example: Friday 3-5pm. $9 for 3-4pm + $12 for 4-5pm = $21 for the two hours for that individual.

• Drop-in Members will be able to book available courts 4 days ahead

• You may cancel a court or programming reservation 24+ hours in advance for no penalty

• Credit hours do not carry over from one month to the next

• We will charge a 2% fee on membership payments made with credit cards through CourtReserve. To avoid that fee, you can set up a bank transfer as a payment method.  Here’s how:

• Each member will be charged based on their membership type/non-membership. So if you’re an unlimited member and you reserve a court for doubles on Monday from 1-3pm and the other three people you’re playing with are non-members, they will each be charged $9/person/hr and you will not be charged anything.

• Unlimited Daytime Weekday Membership

  You may use a court for singles at no additional charge

  Open Plays are included at no additional charge during these times

  Hint: there is a way to get more reservations than your two hours outstanding by hopping on courts with your friends! If they book and leave your name off the reservation until you show up to play, it won’t count agains your outstanding reservations.

• Gold and Platinum Memberships

  You can also use one credit hour for a two hour open play session

  A singles reservation requires 2 hours of credits

  Once you’ve used up your credit hours in any given month, if you want to keep playing, you will be able to use your advanced booking to book courts and then will pay drop-in rates

• Combining an Unlimited Daytime Weekday Membership with Gold or Platinum Membership

  You will still only have 2 hours of outstanding reservations available with the unlimited timeframe (M-F 7am-4pm), but you will also have your allotted outstanding reservations for your gold or platinum membership in addition, however you can only use those for times outside the unlimited timeframe.

  You get an advanced booking advantage if you have the Platinum membership - you can book all your reservations 10 days ahead, even for reservations within the unlimited weekday daytime hours.

• Open Play

  These will be bookable 7 days in advance, at 7am, for everybody. Signing up for an open-play session will not count against your number of outstanding court reservation hours.

• I’m a 4.0 - 5.5 level player, what do you have for me?

  Leagues for your level, featuring singles, gender doubles, mixed doubles. MiLP (minor league pickleball) scoring opportunities

  Leveled Open play (4.0 - 4.5 available regularly, 4.5+ available semi-regularly)

  Advanced skills & drills, SAQ (speed, agility, quickness) training, clinics, singles training, and more with a 5.0+ level instructor

• How is my skill rating determined?

  Relish will implement a policy that combines one’s DUPR rating with our own evaluation methodology, to come up with a skill rating for our members. We will offer specific programming to help our members and guests improve their skill rating.

• We plan to offer programming as soon as we open! To include clinics, leagues, ladders, beginner classes, skills & drills, social mixers, round robin style mini tournaments, beat the pro, MLP-style team events, training paddle games all led by certified coaches!
